These half-day events are offered in French and Spanish and focus on a popular film studied by A-level students. They are designed for Y12 students. Y13 can attend the event on the understanding that the content is primarily aimed at year 12.

The workshop will cover structuring an essay, arguing and illustrating a point, focusing on characters, themes and director’s style, building a phrase-bank to discuss films and learning film terminology.

 

The cost is £10 per pupil so will differ depending on the number of pupils, free for accompanying teachers
