Our HealthyU programme offers you the opportunity to take part in a structured eight-week fitness, nutrition and well-being programme.

Designed to help you develop your lose weight and develop your knowledge of healthy eating and living, our camps combine regular fitness sessions with nutrition classes.

Our camps are designed to:

* Demonstrate the benefits of a healthy and balance diet
* Exercise in group environment
* Help you cope with cravings and understand portion control
* Provide scientific analysis of your food diary
* Help form habits that have a positive change on your life
* Allow you to progress at your own pace

By the end of HealthyU you will feel fitter, more energised and inspired to make positive lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime!
