This course is designed for proprietors, managers and supervisors of small and medium sized catering businesses and those responsible for the development of food safety management systems based on the Codex principles of HACCP in food manufacturing. This qualification may also benefit those responsible for implementing, contributing or reviewing HACCP systems.
